SHIPPING AND RETURNS

EnGedi offers free standard shipping on all North American orders. Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase, Monday through Friday. Items are shipped by letter mail to help us keep costs down and because of this do not have tracking. If you would like your package tracked please let us know in the Contact form. Shipping usually takes 7-14 business days depending on your location. Please keep in mind that shipping has become slower due to Covid 19 delays. Once your order ships, we will contact you with a shipping confirmation email.
Please note that orders to the U.S may take longer due to customs processing and may be subject to customs fees, which are the customer's expense. Please note that all International orders are a final sale.
For those shopping in Canada please wear undergarments when trying on any panties, thongs, or teddies for the first time in case you are planning on returning them.
If you are unhappy with your items, any unwashed and unworn items can be returned to us for an in-store credit only, postmarked within 14 days of the date your order was delivered. A gift card will be issued to you by email with the amount of your purchase (excluding the shipping cost if it was priority shipping). Please note that all our Clearance items are a final sale and are not returnable.
How to Return
To make a return, simply email us your reason for return and send the item back to us.
You (the customer) are responsible for return postage. Original shipping fees (if you paid extra for priority shipping) are not credited when making a return. Mail all returns to the address below:

If you need to exchange an item for another size, you will need to return the items you don't want (following the steps above) and place a new order.
If you receive a piece that is defective or damaged, please email us right away (firstname.lastname@example.org). Defective pieces must be reported within three days of package delivery.
Because of the added expense and time it takes to ship internationally, all international orders are a final sale. Any additional fees encountered during shipping (customs, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
Items not in new/unworn condition or smelling like smoke, pets or laundry detergent will be rejected during the return inspection. If bought in a set, both pieces must be included with the return. All clearance items are final sales and international orders are not returnable.
